What dance styles do you offer?

We normally offer Bug, Foxtrot and Argentinean Tango but courses may vary. Please read our Course Schedule for the latest information.

How long is the course?

Each course lasts for 7 weeks. You attend one night per week and each night is broken down in to 2 x 40 minute sessions.

Do I need to bring a dance partner?

No. We welcome both single and couple applications and if there is a shortage of partners, we try to provide those as well.

What is included in the course fee?

7 dance lessons and 5 free tickets to Mälarsalens Dance Band evenings!

Is the course full?

No, a course can never be full. We have many studios to choose from so we pick the size that fits the group.

How do I apply?

You pay the course fee into our BankGiro, PlusGiro or via our website. Leave your name and course number as a reference. You'll receive your Course Card and free tickets when you come to your first lesson.  You cannot apply or pay via telephone.

Can I try a course to see if I like it before paying for the whole course?

Yes, you can. We offer "Drop-In" during the first week of a new course. It costs 250:- per person (or 450:- per couple). If you choose to continue, you will receive a discount on the course fee. One free ticket to Mälarsalens Dance band evenings is included in the "Drop-In" price.

What happens if I miss a session?

Some classes take place more than one night each week so it may be possible for you to join another evening.
